The organizers team of The Hague 2004 is intensely sorry to have to announce the cancellation of the 46th International Session of the European Youth Parliament, The Hague 2004.

Due to the inability of EYP International to provide the promised funds and security, it is impossible for us to offer you a summer-session. On behalf of all the organizers who have been working Very hard to turn this dream into a beautiful reality, I express our deepest regret that we have to disappoint you with this news. We all believe in dreaming, in reaching for the stars and we believe in the ability of young people to make Real things happen. Unfortunately this situation leaves us completely powerless. We sincerely hope you understand.
