Alumni Policy EYP The Netherlands

At its Annual Meeting of 28 June 2009, the Board of EYP The Netherlands decided, in concordance with those Alumni present, to draft an Alumni Policy.

1. From season 2009/2010 onwards, all participants of the National Selection Conference will automatically be granted EYP NL Alumni Rights.
2. All other requests for Alumni recognition will be handled on a case by case basis, at the discretion of the Board of EYP NL. Aspiring Alumni will be requested to write a motivation letter to the Board of EYP NL,
3. Alumni of EYP NL will automatically be added to the EYP NL Alumni Mailing List, and as such will receive regular updates concerning:
   -              EYP NL Events,
   -              Calls for Officials,
   -              EYP NL Alumni Gatherings,
   -              Other business.
4. The EYP NL Alumni Mailing List is managed by the Board of EYP NL.
5. The Board of EYP NL will launch a Call for Officials for its Preliminary Rounds and National Selection Conference. All Alumni are invited to apply for an officials’ position at these events. Selection will be carried out by and at the discretion of the Board of EYP NL.
